Read Before Using the Platform

1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile app, and all services provided by AI Cuci under the domain aicuci.com.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the platform AI Cuci.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total credits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) available in a member's account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to bonus credits, free spins, or other incentives provided by AI Cuci to members subject to certain conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the mandatory identity verification process that every member must complete.
• "Betting Markets" refers to any sports event, casino game, or other betting activity offered on the platform.

2 Membership Eligibility

3 Registration and Account Management

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal is MYR 50.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by AI Cuci subject to the wagering requirements stated in each promotional offer.

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Re-wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the associated wins).
• Different games may contribute varying percentages toward fulfilling the re-wagering requirement — details are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members who have not previously registered.
• AI Cuci reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, including the use of multiple accounts.

6 General Wagering Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in specific situations (such as match cancellation) in accordance with platform policy.
• Wins are credited to your account automatically after the relevant market result is confirmed.

AI Cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete the KYC process when required.
• Receipt of valid, verified complaints regarding harmful conduct by the member in question.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

10 Terms and Conditions Amendments
