AI Cuci only retains your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy or as required by Malaysian law.

• Active account data is retained for the duration of active membership plus the period required by legal obligations after account closure.
• Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with accounting and anti-money laundering legal requirements.
• Technical logs and security data are retained for the period necessary for security purposes and investigation in the event of an incident.
• Customer support communication data is retained to provide conversation context for any future follow-ups.

When data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you.
